When you create an account, connect a social account or publish content through PostHub, we collect the information you provide directly (name, email address, billing details) and the data you connect via third-party social platforms (account identifiers, handles, follower counts and publishing history). We only request the permissions needed to schedule and publish your content.

We use your information to operate the service: schedule and publish posts, display analytics, process billing, provide customer support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Social Platform Accounts
When you connect a social account (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and others), we receive an access token and profile information from that platform. Access tokens are stored securely and are only used to perform the actions you authorize — such as publishing posts or reading analytics on your behalf.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. These cookies are required for the core functionality of the service.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers (Hostinger) with restricted access. We use HTTPS encryption in transit and follow industry-standard practices to protect stored data. While no method of transmission is 100% secure, we work hard to safeguard your information.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support — we will delete your data within 30 days of the request.

PostHub integrates with third-party social platforms and payment providers. Each platform has its own privacy policy and terms of service. By using those platforms through PostHub, you also agree to their respective policies.
8. Children's Privacy
PostHub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
