1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PostHub (posthub.qd.je), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

PostHub is a social media management platform that lets you schedule, publish and analyze content across multiple social networks (including Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest) from one dashboard.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PostHub. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostHub to publish spam, illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or any content that violates the terms of service of the social platforms you publish to. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

PostHub offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Plans may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

6. Free Plan

The free plan includes a limited number of posts per month and a limited number of connected accounts. We reserve the right to adjust the free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Third-Party Platforms

PostHub relies on the APIs of third-party social platforms. We do not control these platforms, and access to them may change or be revoked by the platform providers at any time. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits or policy changes of third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

The PostHub name, logo, website design and software are the property of PostHub. You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish through the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

PostHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or use it in a way that harms other users or third-party platforms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
